Twin or Tri-Plex Parallel Systems

Application

Multiple Hellenbrand water softeners are used where there is a demand for conditioned water at flow rates or capacities higher than those obtainable through a single system. They may also be used where one large system will not fit through an existing doorway.

Description

A multiple system consists of two or three Hellenbrand Conditioners installed in parallel, usually with individual brine systems. All units are in service at the same time.

Regeneration Options

• Time Clock - 7 or 12-day timers may be used with regeneration taking place on opposite days or by offsetting the time of regeneration.

• Delayed Meter (Volume) Start - an automatic reset meter is installed on the outlet of each unit. Both units are in service at the same time, with only one unit regenerating at one time with a lockout feature. These systems can be designed for either immediate, delayed regeneration.
